Come Home to Myself grew from a desire to create a quieter kind of space for women in the mental health professions — a place to step outside the roles and responsibilities they so often hold for others.

The work was designed around restoration, reflection, and reconnection with one’s inner life. Depending on the person, this might include time in nature, reflective conversation, or simply the spaciousness to slow down and listen inward.

At its heart was a simple invitation: to pause, turn toward oneself with kindness, and listen for what is asking to be tended.
